Clearweld Engineering Services
The Clearweld Team offers a variety of engineering services to assist customers in the investigation or implementation of Gentex's plastic laser welding technology. Our goal is to make the process easy to understand, and provide customers the necessary information to make critical decisions. We treat every project with a high level of formality, something we feel is necessary to successfully implement a new manufacturing process technology.
A stage-gate thought process is applied to every plastic laser welding project. This forces us, our customers and other project participants to stay focused on a systematic, well thought out path forward. We feel strongly that this is the most efficient and cost effective method of moving from feasibility to production. Clearweld's services are designed to supplement and assist in this process.
We provide part evaluation and an initial Free feasibility trial to demonstrate proof of concept. Additional fee-based engineering services are also provided to assist customers in successful development and implementation of their plastic laser welding application.
We also offer Pilot Production and Contract Manufacturing.
